OUR WORSHIP
We enjoy a freedom of expression which embraces a contemporary style of worship. We are just real people wanting to be real with our faith. You will see some people enjoying private contemplation while others are singing aloud. We invite our guests to feel at home and worship as they are accustomed to and feel comfortable.
You may see some people worship in a freedom of expression as explained in the following scriptures.
Uplifted Hands: Paul said that he wanted "men everywhere to lift up holy hands in prayer, without anger or disputing." This demonstrates a person's faith in Christ's forgiveness for them and others. when they lift their hands they are saying in their heart they know their sins are forgiven and their relationships with others are settled.

Praying Corporately: There are times when we all pray together to God in one accord and at the same time . This expresses the unity and common faith in Christ and that we are able to address God as one. " And when they heard that, they lifted up their voice to God with one accord and said," Lord, thou art God , which hast made heaven and earth." ( Acts 4:24)
Worship in Dance: From time to time you may see folks express their joy before the Lord through a spontaneous dance. "Let them praise His name with the dance". (Psalms 149:3) " Praise Him with the tambourine and dance". ( Psalm 150:4 )
Gifts of the Spirit: On occasion individuals may give a word of encouragement through the gifts of the Spirit. The scriptures tell us this is done to bring comfort and exhortation to those who are present. " Follow the way of love and eagerly desire spiritual gifts, especially the gift of prophecy".(1 Cor. 14:1-2)
"What then shall we say, brothers? When you come together, everyone has a hymn, or a word of instruction, a revelation, a tongue, or an interpretation. All of these must be done for the strengthening of the church". ( 1 Cor. 14:26 )
